The process

• Business Setup and Investment
  The first step is to establish a business in the UAE by either setting up a new company or investing in an existing one. The type of business entity (e.g., mainland company, free zone company) and the amount of investment required may vary depending on the emirate and the business activity.
• Business License and Documentation
  Once the business setup process is completed, the investor needs to obtain the necessary business license and ensure all legal documentation, including the Memorandum of Association (MOA), articles of association, and shareholder agreements, are in place.
• Visa Application
  With the business setup completed, the investor can apply for the investor visa through the relevant immigration authorities. The specific requirements and documentation for the visa application may vary depending on the emirate and the investor's nationality.
  
• Financial Requirements
  Investors may need to demonstrate sufficient financial means to support themselves and their dependents during their stay in the UAE. This may include providing bank statements, proof of income, or other financial documentation as required by the immigration authorities.
• Medical Examination and Insurance

• Emirates ID and Residence Visa Stamping
  Upon approval of the investor visa application, the investor and their dependents will be issued Emirates ID cards and residence visas, allowing them to legally reside and work in the UAE.
